Terms for receiving a FREE HIP:

1. Client must use Alan Winter Peace Solicitors (AWP Law) for sale of the property. Please contact AWP Law for a quote on 0208 598 4040 or e-mail t info@awplaw.co.uk

2. The property must be exchanged within 6 months of commission of the HIP pack otherwise the pack will be charged at discounted rate of £300 plus vat (Please note under special circumstances this maybe renegotiated…..please call us for more information)

3. If the client takes property off the market or disinstructs from using AWP Law, after the Hips pack has been commissioned then the Client will be charged at a discounted rate of £299 plus vat
