Unlike other HIPS supplied by some of the other HIP providers, our packs will also include the property information forms and a fittings and contents list containing the relevant information required by purchasers and their solicitors, this will help to stop any delays in progressing the sale of your property.

Terms for FREE HIP*

* If AWP Law were dis-instructed before the completion of any sale of the property, or the property is withdrawn from the market by the owner or should the sale of the property not exchange contracts within 6 months of the date of the comission of the H.I.P pack then the client will be liable to pay the cost of the H.I.P. at a discounted rate of £300 plus VAT.
